Age:
Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years on 31st Dec but must not
have attained the age of 25 years. There is relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC
candidates.
Exam Pattern:
The AFMC Exam contains 200 objective type multiple choice questions. The
duration of exam is 120 minutes.
Subjects:
Biology (Zoology and Botany) - 50 Marks
Chemistry - 50 Marks
Physics - 50 Marks
Intelligence, Logic and Reasoning - 25 Marks
English Language and Comprehension - 25 Marks
There will be 50 questions each from Biology, Chemistry, Physics and 25
questions each from Intelligence, Logic and Reasoning, English Language and
Comprehension. There will be negetive marking for wrong answers.
Syllabus:
The question in the entrance exam will be based on the syllabus of 11th and
12th class under the 10+2 scheme/pre-medical/intermediate science or an
equivalent examination of the State Education Board/Indian University.

Candidates have to register online. Application form can be downloaded from
website:- www.afmc.nic.in. Completed
application form with challan of Rs.280 (Application + Bank charges) of SBI
bank branch should be send to AFMC Pune.
