After selection, Candidates will undergo
a one year intensive residential classroom training and internship with a
stipend. All cost of the program including fooding & lodging will be borne
by ICICI Bank. On successful completion of the program the POs will be
absorbed as Assistant Manager.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have passed graduation with 55% marks in aggregate in any
discipline.
Candidate must have basic knowledge of computer like in MS-Office, Internet/
Email etc.
Age: Candidates must not be up to 25 years of age as on May 01, 2012 or
should have been born on or after May 01, 1987.

application form online. Only short listed applicants will be intimated by
email & SMS. Test Dates and Locations will be announced at a later date by
call.
Features of PO Traning:
Candidates joining the Probationary Officer training will be enrolled for
MBA in Banking and Finance. It is a UGC approved programme and Manipal
University awards the degree. Its course duration is for a period of 30
months (2 ½ years) with the maximum period for completion being 60
months.
MBA (Banking & Finance) program consists
of two phases:
First Phase: Comprising of 12 months of
On-campus training which includes 9 months of classroom training of
trimester pattern at the ICICI Academy and 3 months of internship at any
ICICI Bank.
Second Phase (Optional): Comprising of
18 months of Online Training (3 Semesters) are designed to provide
managerial skills to the students.
