Assam: Bridge Collapsed 60 injured
Dhemaji (Assam):In Upper Assam's Dhemaji district, under-construction site of Bogibeel road-cum -rail bridge and silapathar, a portion of concrete bridge which was repaired by laborers was collapsed when heavy vehicle tried to cross it.
Laborers were at their repairing work, at least 60 of them including some women were injured while 17 of them condition is serious.
The injured have been shifted to Silapathar public health centre while those seriously hurt are being treated at the Dhemaji civil hospital. Top police and civil officials of the district are at the spot.
