Sensitive Navy information leaked on social networking sites

Fou navy officers leaked some critical service information and confidential matters on social networking sites like Facebook and Orkut. These officers revealed information on location of warships and other confidential data which could have been seen by foreign nationals also.

A Naval board of inquiry has recommended strict action against four naval officers and dismissal of the officers. The inquiry was ordered by the Western Naval Command in Mumbai. These officers were commander rank officers from the naval technical branch.
