Aggressive Iran threatens to cut Europe’s oil exports
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claimed that iran has put its first domestically made nuclear fuel rods into a nuclear reactor in Tehran. President led the installation ceremony into a research reactor in north Tehran. According to Iran the move was giant step in its nuclear program but it was just for civilian purposes, including cancer treatment.
Tehran also threatened European countries to cut oil exports as they were suspecting Iran of covertly developing atomic weapons. Iran threatened six nations France, Greece, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Italy. The move was in retaliation for increased sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program.
