Engineering
The candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a
recognized board with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and
English.
Age:
There is no age limit for the candidates.
Other states students are not allowed to take admission.
Exam Pattern:
The entrance exam will be detained two stages - preliminary and final
examination. The entrance test paper contains Mathematics, physics,
chemistry, biology subjects. The paper will include 200 objective type
multiple choice questions. The duration of the paper is hours and 30
minutes. There is negative marking for wrong answers attempted by a
candidate.

How to Apply:
Application form may be obtained in person from March 2012 to April 2012 at
the following Post offices after payment of prospectus cum examination fee.
Candidates have to submit additional demand draft of Rs.50 in favour of
"Controller of examination, JCECEB" payable at Ranchi as additional exam
fee.
Fee:
Examination fee is Rs.585 for Gen/BC-I/BC-II category and Rs.310 for SC/ST
category.
