Age:
Candidate should have attained age of 17 years for admission to this exam.
There is relaxation in Upper Age limit of 22 years for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates should be an Indian national. Other states students cannot apply
for EMACET 2012.
Exam Pattern:
The duration of the exam is 3 hours. This exam will contain 160 objective
type questions with 40 marks for Physics, Chemistry and 80 marks for Biology
(Botany and Zoology), Mathematics. Physics and Chemistry question papers are
different for Engineering and Medical courses. The questions are of multiple
choice type with four options. There is no negative marking in the exam.

How to Apply:
Candidates can apply for EAMCET 2012 online as well as offline. Candidates
can apply online through the website http://www.apeamcet.org.
For offline registration application form can be obtained from the office of
JNT University Hyderabad. With application form candidate should submit a
Demand draft in favor of the director of Andhra Pradesh state council of
higher education. Application fee is 250 Rs.
