Written exam will contain compulsory and optional subjects. Compulsory
subjects are English, Punjabi and General Knowledge.
Optional Subjects are:
Statistics, Commerce, Physics, Law, Botany, Agriculture, Management,
Chemistry, Sociology, Zoology, History, Medical Science, Geo Economics,
Mathematics, Geography, Philosophy, Psychology, Sanskrit, Civil Engineering,
Political Science, Hindi Literature, Computer Science, English Literature,
Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Punjabi Literature, Urdu
Language & Literature, Public Administration, Defense & Strategic Studies,
Veterinary Sciences& Animal Husbandry, Electrical Engineering.

How to Apply:
Candidates have to apply online through Commission's website
http://www.ppsc.gov.in/. Candidates can
also obtain application form from the office of Punjab Public Service
Commission, Baradari Gardens, Patiala.
Filled application forms with Demand Draft of Rs.2000 (Rs.500 for SC/ ST/
BC) in favour of Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission should be sent
to Secretary, Punjab Public Service Commission, Patiala, Punjab.
