UPPGMET 2012 - Uttar Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test 2012

 

Overview

Uttar Pradesh Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association conducts an entrance exam for admissions to first year of three years PG programmes (MD and MS) for academic year 2012-13. This exam is conducted as per the guidelines of Hon'ble High Court. UP Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association is a consortium of Unaided Non Minority Medical Colleges in Uttar Pradesh registered under the Societies Registration Act (Act No. 21 of 1860).

Eligibility:

Candidate must have completed MBBS degree from an institute duly recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI). Candidate must have completed Internship before 01 April 2012 and should be registered with State Medical Council/Medical Council of India.
 


Exam Pattern:

The UPPGMET will contain 250 objective type multiple choice questions. This exam will consist of 500 marks. There will be negative marking of 1/4 for each wrong answer.
The exam will consist questions from MBBS courses by the Medical Council of India.
